Terms of Service

1. Provider and agreement

Rally is operated by Franco Balestieri, Argentina. Contact: francobales3@gmail.com. These terms cover the app and website. Read the Privacy Policy to understand how information is processed. The app requests explicit agreement to these terms and the Privacy Policy, including analytics and sharing planning inputs with OpenAI when you request a plan. That agreement does not authorize promotional email or replace optional device permissions.

2. Accounts and use

Rally supports workout tracking, social groups, rankings and optional paid features. You must be at least 13 and satisfy any higher local age or guardian-consent requirement. Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. Do not harass others, upload unlawful or infringing content, manipulate rankings, misuse other people's data or interfere with the service. Use reporting and blocking tools or contact support about abuse.

3. Rally Gold and purchases

Rally offers free features and a paid subscription called Rally Gold. Features, usage limits and availability are described in the app. Gold does not promise unlimited usage. Before buying, review the exact features, price, currency, billing period, taxes and renewal conditions in the App Store or Google Play purchase screen. That localized offer applies to your purchase; website examples are not a universal price.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled under the store's displayed conditions. Payment and renewal are handled by the store account used for purchase. If a free trial or introductory offer is displayed, its eligibility, length, conversion price and cancellation deadline are those shown in that offer. A trial is not guaranteed for every account or purchase. For an Apple free or discounted trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends if you do not want renewal.

You can cancel future renewal through Apple subscription settings or Google Play subscriptions. Uninstalling Rally or deleting a Rally account does not cancel the store subscription. Access generally continues for the paid period, subject to store rules and any refund.

For refund requests, use the Rally refund and cancellation guide. Refund eligibility depends on the store, circumstances and applicable consumer law. Cancelling renewal does not automatically refund earlier payments, and these terms do not exclude any mandatory refund or withdrawal right.

4. Fitness and AI features

Rally and its optional AI-generated plans provide general fitness information, not medical diagnosis, treatment or a professional assessment. AI can make mistakes or suggest unsuitable exercises. Review plans, adapt activity to your circumstances and seek qualified advice when needed. Do not treat a ranking or an AI plan as a reason to train through pain. Authorization to share planning inputs with OpenAI is part of explicit acceptance of the Rally Privacy Policy. Inputs are sent when you request a plan.

5. Your content and other people's rights

You keep ownership of content you create. You grant Rally the limited permission needed to store, process and display it to operate the features you choose, including sharing with the audience allowed by those features and your settings. Only upload content you are entitled to use. Other users may copy what you share. Rally's own code, branding and design remain protected; third-party material remains subject to its own licence and notices.

6. Account closure and service changes

You can request account deletion in Settings or through support. It is separate from store subscription cancellation. See the privacy policy for retention exceptions and provider follow-up. We may restrict accounts for abuse, fraud or breaches of these terms and may change features as the service develops, subject to applicable consumer rights. Contact support if you believe a restriction is an error.

7. Responsibility and consumer rights

We work to keep Rally available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, specific fitness results or error-free AI output. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, including mandatory consumer protections. Disputes and applicable jurisdiction remain subject to those protections; these terms do not require you to give up a legally available local forum.

8. Apple licence and store terms

For iOS use, consult the Apple Standard End User License Agreement and the store terms applicable to your download. The standard licence applies when no separate custom licence is specified for the app. Apple is not the operator of Rally. Google Play purchases and downloads are also subject to applicable Google Play terms. These links identify the actual store documents; this page does not reproduce or modify them.

9. Changes and contact
