1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Rally mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Rally is a fitness tracking and social competition app that allows you to log and track workouts, compete with friends on leaderboards, join groups and challenges, and access premium features via subscription.
3. Account Registration
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Rally
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One account per person; no account sharing
4. User Conduct
You agree not to upload harmful or illegal content, harass other users, manipulate workout data or leaderboard rankings, reverse engineer the App, or use automation or bots.
5. Subscription Terms
Free Plan
Limited features as described in the app. We may modify free tier limitations at any time.
Premium Subscription (Rally Pro)
- Billed monthly ($4.99) or yearly ($39.99) via Apple/Google in-app purchase
- Automatically renews unless canceled 24 hours before renewal
- No refunds for partial periods
- Cancel anytime from device subscription settings
Free Trials
New users only, one trial per account. Auto-converts to paid subscription unless canceled before trial ends.
6. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of workout data and content you create. By posting, you grant us a license to display and distribute your content within the App. Rally app design, code, and branding are our property.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or providing false information. You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete Account.
8. Disclaimers
Medical Disclaimer: Rally is not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any fitness program. We are not liable for injuries resulting from workouts.
The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rally and its creators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
