Rally points calculator: simulate a week
Try a week and see where each point comes from. Minutes, daily bonuses and the three-day bonus are shown separately.
Calculated in your browser. We do not read your account or send entered minutes to Analytics. This explains current rules; it does not confirm an account balance, position or points awaiting synchronization.
Three parts of the calculation
- Minutes: one point per whole activity minute, capped at 60 minute-points per day.
- Daily bonus: 40 extra points once the day’s combined activity reaches ten minutes, awarded once per day.
- Weekly bonus: 50 extra points once three different days reach at least ten minutes in the same week. The days need not be consecutive.
Examples and daily breakdown
One day of 30 minutes earns 70 points: 30 from minutes and 40 from the daily bonus. A 60-minute day earns 100; another session that day does not award a second daily bonus or exceed the minute-points cap.
Three 30-minute days earn 260: 90 from minutes, 120 from daily bonuses and 50 weekly. The third qualifying day includes that weekly bonus and can therefore exceed 100 points.
Use the Argentina calendar
The simulation uses Monday to Sunday in Argentina time and the rules effective since October 5, 2026. Enter the daily total, not the whole week in one field. Add session durations before rounding minutes down.
Photos and sets do not add points under this policy. These are arithmetic examples, not recommendations about how much someone should exercise.
Why an account balance can differ
The calculator does not read saved workouts, records before the policy change, pending synchronization, group membership or historical progress. Check the workout detail in Rally to confirm actual credited points.
The Rally team reviewed these rules on October 20, 2026. If the policy changes, the calculator and explanation need to change together.
